The 14-Day Guarantee

If we fail to provide 12 active testers who stay for the full 14 days (due to our testers dropping off and us failing to replace them in time), you are entitled to a 100% full refund or a free re-run of the service—your choice.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

Because our service involves immediate labor deployment, refunds will not be issued if:

• You provided an incorrect or broken Google Play opt-in link.
• Your app violates Google Play policies and gets your account suspended independently of our testing.
• The 14-day retention period has been successfully completed by our testers.
• You change your mind after our testers have already joined your testing track (within 24 hours of order).
