Welcome to 12TestersHub.com. By purchasing our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

Service Description

We provide exactly 12 real Android testers who will opt-in to your Google Play Closed Testing track and remain active for 14 consecutive days. This fulfills Google Play's requirement for production access.

User Responsibilities

• You must provide a valid, working Google Play closed testing opt-in link.
• You must ensure your app does not contain malicious code or violate Google's core policies.
• You are responsible for completing the Google Production Access Questionnaire (though we provide a free guide).

Tester Guarantee

We guarantee that 12 active testers will remain opted-in for 14 days. If a tester drops off due to our fault, we will replace them immediately at no extra cost. If we fail to maintain 12 testers for 14 days, we will re-run the service for free.

Limitation of Liability

While our service is 100% Google Policy compliant, we are not responsible for Google rejecting your app for reasons unrelated to tester retention (e.g., app policy violations, bugs in your app).
